What’s a Soundbath?
A sound bath is a whole body listening experience where participants lie down and listen to the soothing sounds and vibrations of Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Chimes, and other instruments . The goal is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, lower anxiety, and facilitate a deep state of meditation through sound vibrations. The immersive auditory environment can help clear the mind and enhance overall well-being.
